Returns and Exchanges

The purchase of a new mattress (minimum $499) AND mattress protector will qualify for a one-time mattress re-selection. If after a minimum of 30 days you are unhappy with the support and comfort of your new mattress, you have up to the 60th day from the original date of possession to make a one-time re-selection. Failure to use the mattress protector as instructed eliminates the option of that one-time re-selection.
· Customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
· Re-selection must be equal or greater value and any difference in price must be paid.
Online purchases will be subject to shipping and handling costs associated with returning the product to Sleepyhead Mattresses & More.
Custom order bedding, foundations, and mattress purchases under $499 do not qualify for returns and exchanges.
